About exchange rates
Data source
Rates come from the Frankfurter API, which aggregates reference rates published daily by the European Central Bank. These rates cover over 30 currencies and are considered a reliable reference for non-commercial conversions.
Accuracy and limitations
The displayed rates are indicative mid-market rates. They do not account for the spread applied by brokers or banks. For actual transactions, always consult your financial intermediary for the exact rate.
Use in trading
This converter is useful for quickly estimating the value of a position in your account currency, calculating equivalences between exotic currencies, or checking a rate before placing an order on your trading platform.
Updates
Rates are automatically refreshed hourly on the server side. The ECB publishes its reference rates every business day around 4:00 PM CET. On weekends and holidays, the last available rates are used.
